About this title

Synopsis

This is an inspirational book that teaches you how to connect with yourself on a level where you can find gratitude and happiness even when times are rough. The author and Poet David Prior has included many inspirational poems within this book which will uplift you during your journey of self-valuing to help you find happiness. David Prior has been blessed with a long life filled with gratitude and bliss, this is because of having an illness so severe at the age of four, that he almost died. The doctors said that his survival was a true miracle and because of that David has seen the world differently ever since. It has given him a greater understanding and clarity as well as a personal insight into the philosophy of taking one day at a time because he knows very well that all his life has been a blessing which he came so close to not having. David’s life has had its ups and downs, and he has had his own share of suffering; however, with his outlook on life, not only is he always the helper, but he is truly empathetic to those in need. He views himself more as an observer of life rather than a participant but he has always had an appetite for learning and is always seeking more knowledge.
