Changemaking SPACES

THE CONVERSATION REVOLUTION STARTS WITH YOU

Join the movement. Become a SPACES Changemaker.

While everyone's anxious about what AI will replace, brilliant people are sitting through meetings where they can't even think together. Smart teams. Clear agendas. Important decisions. Yet somehow, talented people talk past each other, drain energy instead of creating it, and check out mentally while still on the call.

The way we converse is the way we create. And right now, most work-place conver-sations are creating exactly what no one wants.

Changemaking SPACES gives you what no communication book ever has: a complete conversational operating system. Six interconnected elements--Safe, Positive, Align, Collaborate, Empower, Space--combined with eight essential Life Skills transform how you navigate every workplace interaction, from difficult one-on-ones to high-stakes facilitation.

You'll walk into conversations that matter with confidence, not anxiety. You'll facilitate meetings people want to attend. You'll create teams that think together instead of talking past each other. You'll become the leader who doesn't hope transformation happens-you make it inevitable.

Over two decades leading technology organizations--from startups to Fortune 500 companies--taught Vicky a profound truth: the way we converse is the way we create. This book is the culmination of that discovery--and an invitation to join the conversation revolution. Vicky has empowered hundreds of professionals and dozens of teams across Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups to transform their conversation capabilities, team dynamics, and organizational cultures. His work bridges tech industry pragmatism with human-centered facilitation--bringing authentic connection and transformation to engineering teams, product leaders, and tech organizations where it matters most. Through VicSignia SPACES (vicsignia.com), Vicky engages learners in creating conditions where breakthrough becomes inevitable--not through authority, but through presence and experiential facilitation. His unique gift is making the SPACES system and leadership life skills accessible to anyone who wants to create transformational conversations, whether in boardrooms, team meetings, or family dinner tables. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Vicky continues the conversation revolution with every interaction, every workshop, and with his own family.
