Changing America is the result. The only transition report organized on a government-wide, agency-0by-agench basis, its 58 chapters by 78 leading progressive commentators represent, according to editor Mark Green, "a menu of new ideas for a new President in this new post-Cold Wear era." The complete 1200-page manuscript was delivered to President-elect Clinton on November 4., 1992. This is the only full-length publication of the report in book form.
