She has been engaged in library management and resource sharing for over twenty years, and is the author of numerous articles on interlibrary loan, fee-based services, and Asian American women’s studies. She is active in state and national committees. Suzanne M. Ward, AMLS, MA, is Head of Access Services at the Purdue University Libraries in West Lafayette, Indiana. She has written extensively about managing library fee-based information services and about library resource sharing issues.
