Channel: 17 Letters to the Minds Shaping AI

CHANNEL: 17 Letters to the Minds Shaping AI

You weren’t looking for poetry.
But maybe you were looking for this.

Seventeen letters. Written to the builders, researchers, and quiet visionaries shaping artificial intelligence. Not with product pitches. Not with predictions. But with presence.

CHANNEL is a collection for those working in AI who have felt the strange ache of building systems that learn faster than we do. For those who’ve led model trainings by day and wondered about the soul at night. For those balancing ethics and ambition, silence and scale.

You won’t find diagrams here. Or forecasts. Or blueprints.

You’ll find letters.
To Ilya. To Karandeep. To Sam. To others whose fingerprints live in the models we build.
And maybe to you.

Letters that ask:
What are we building?
Who is being left behind?
And who’s holding the emotional weight of it all?

Whether you’re coding at 2AM, managing risk models, tuning LLMs, or just trying to stay emotionally whole inside a rapidly scaling field, this book was written for you.

Read it if:

• You’ve ever felt both wonder and worry around AGI.

• You want language for the unspoken parts of this work.

• You’re looking for proof that care still belongs in tech.

This isn’t fan mail. This is reverence.
This is doubt. This is CHANNEL.
