Chapter 24: From Hope To Calling (Paperback or Softback)

Feeling lost, drained, or disconnected from your work?
You’re not broken — you’re operating without a blueprint.
For years, talented professionals, students, and leaders have pushed themselves forward without ever pausing to ask the deeper questions that truly shape a meaningful life:
Who am I becoming?
What drives me?
What do I want my work — and my life — to stand for?
From Hope to Calling introduces the SPEAR Model, a powerful five‑pillar system designed to help you answer those questions with clarity and confidence. Created by Dr. John Thorley — who once operated machines in a factory with no direction, battling mental health and social challenges — this framework is forged from lived experience, academic research, and decades of coaching.
