Buyers are allowed to return any item purchased as long as
- The item is in exactly the same state as when it was sent out, inside and outside, except if damaged in transit.
- The seller is notified within fourteen working days of receipt of the item.
A full refund, except for the postage, will be made on the item's safe return in the above 2 circumstances. If the item is faulty in anyway, or is not as described, or fails to be delivered within 28 working days, then a full refund including the postage costs will be made. This does not apply if there has been mention of that defect in the item in the description.
