About the Author

Dr. Billy J. Rash has served as Senior Pastor of Kern Christian Center in Bakersfield, California for over 25 years. He earned a Doctorate of Divinity from South California Theological Seminary and a Doctorate of Theology from Vision Christian University. Dr. Rash was introduced to the faith through the ministry of Kenneth Copeland. In addition to his duties as Senior Pastor, he is also involved in community service as Chaplain for the Bakersfield Police Department and is on the President s Cabinet for Jerry Savelle Ministries. He is married to Shelby Rash and they make their home in Bakersfield, California.
