POSTAGE/SHIPPING: Books shipped POSTAL Book rate Media Mail $3.95 first book
$2.00 each book afterward. USPS Priority Mail as follows:$9.00* first book/$2.50
thereafter [*Except when the book weight [4 lbs.+]exceeds this amount, in which
case we reserve the right to ship via book rate, which will take slightly longer
than the quoted priority delivery time.] This exception usually applies to large
sized books. Otherwise, oversized volumes ship priority rate for $12.00 first
book/$5.00 thereafter. MULTIPLE VOLUME SETS are quoted separately and sent via
book rate.

FOREIGN ORDERS sent First Class book rate for various amounts to your Country.
