Quarter cream cloth over gray paper boards (hardcover), printed title label, housed in publisher's slipcase, (11 x 7.75 inches). 211 pages, plus Addenda page. Limited edition, one of 500 Copies, "printed on Fabriano Paper in Monotype Van Dijck. Illustrated with 19 Mounted Letter Press Facsimiles of Title pages in Red and Black on Paper closely Simulating those used by Mosher. The pressman was Harold McGrath." A clean, tight copy showing just light toning at spine housed in "tide-marked" slipcase.
