151 p., clean and unmarked within; binding firm; pictorial wrapper has a couiple of small stains, and lower edge of front panel is dog-eared, as are the first few pages of front matter. Quite comprehensive, with an alphabetical directory ranging from Abertam ewe's-milk cheese from Bohemia to Zomma "plastic-curd" cheese from Turkey. The introd. explains some of the classifications.
