Chef Cody The Rise of the Kitchen Ninja is a poverty to riches story of Cody, a young Dog who comes from the poor side of town. Cody learns to defend himself from the difficulties he faces growing up. He learns an inner discipline and then applies it as a hand dish washer in a local restaurant kitchen. He works tirelessly and creatively to become a master chef eventually appearing on the cover of Time Magazine for his famous cat treat souffle. Cody, the cartoon dog, is an amazingly clever, kind, intuitive and positive dog who brings joy to all around him. His love, gentleness and vulnerability is simply captivating.

Simon Creedy is a well known Sydney graphic designer. He is married to Shokofeh and has two children Sarah and Shauna. His interests include, art, music and a keen interest in cartooning. He is also a valued member of the Baha'i Community in Lane Cove, Sydney. Simon has spent the past year cartooning interesting and believable characters in rich, inventive and fun environments. In this year he has created a fascinating library of unusual and creative cartoon story books featuring Cody the Dog following interesting and sometimes strange pursuits.
