Et si nous avons aperçu que l'homme même est un phénomène anormal ? Et si la nature, avec ses phénomènes normaux et ceux que nous les croyons être anormaux, était tout à fait différente de ses lois que nous lui avons imposées ? ♦ Le fait de prouver la survenance des phénomènes paranormaux est capable d'asséner un coup mortel à tout ce que nous l'avons cru être la vérité en ce qui concerne la nature. ♦ Et c'est alors que va apparaître le grand paradoxe, car comment l'homme juge-t-il les phénomènes et les répartit-il en des phénomènes normaux et autres anormaux quand il est en lui-même un phénomène paranormal dont les détails se caractérisent par une grande discordance avec la nature ?! ♦ Cette certitude du fait que l'homme n'est qu'une liste très longue de phénomènes paranormaux ne nous oblige-t-elle pas à nous nous empresser de rebâtir et reformuler la grande majorité de nos connaissances, théories et philosophies ? ♦ Ce livre représente donc une invitation à fonder une nouvelle philosophie et de nouvelles sciences tant que nous avons pu bâtir ce que nous avons comme idées et théories en supposant qu'il n'y a pas de phénomènes paranormaux qui se produisent dans la nature.
