She went through years of soul searching while also watching her family members and friends go through their relationships struggles.

This is a deeply personal book with hard-won insights. Her own success of handling her personal life, led to coaching of friends and family who were going through a tough time in their relationships. Increasingly more friends sought her advice and sharing it in a book may help many more people.
