Printed card, 4 x 6 ½ inches, verso printing "Sounds Represented by Vowels" (six lines) and "Consonant Sounds" (seven lines) and the publisher's stamp ("John W. Shleppey / 1911 E 17th Place / Tulsa 4, Okla." Shleppey (1901-1975) owned an advertising business in Tulsa before moving to Seattle where he opened a bookstore. OCLC locates one copy (SMU). Very good.
