About the Author
Xiao Mao is a writer from China. His works have won the Soong Ching-ling Children's Literature Award, the Chen Bochui Children's Literature Award, the Bing Xin Children's Literature New Work Award, and many others. Some of his books have been published in the United States, France, Sweden, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and other countries.
Hisana Sawada is an illustrator from Japan. She graduated from the Musashino Art University with a major in picture books. Her books have been published throughout Japan and the world. She won the prestigious Bologna Children's Book Fair award in 2018.
