Tabloid format printed in black on newsprint; 12 pp.; 16 pp. Two consecutive issues of this underground, Berkeley Barb-style newspaper out of Chico, CA, which still exists today as the alternative Chico News & Review. Contents include standard countercultural fare, including abortion rights, legal rights for protestors, alternative businesses in the community, etc. Newsprint toned and mailing stamps to bottom of the front cover (along with Tribe newspaper address), but about Near Fine copies.
