Any book purchased will packaged and shipped within 5 working days. In circumstances where this target cannot be achieved we will contact you and explain reason and revised shipping/posting schedule.
We re use packaging where possible. Your package will be secure and safe, but may look a little untidy!
Small books will be packaged in padded envelopes, larger books will be box packed, multiple book purchases in a single transaction will be packaged in a single box.
It is the buyers responsibilty to make arrangements to be at home or make suitable arrangements for package delivery of pickup.
The seller will accept delivery address changes only within 12 hours of purchase. After this time delivery address changes are difficult to execute with delivery companies.
