This Is All Me: A Children's Book Concerning Feelings and Emotions

Helping children to understand that it is totally healthy for them to feel all kinds of different feelings and to be able to express their emotions freely.

"This is All Me" is a book about a young child exploring his feelings. Children like adults feel all sorts of emotions and its essential to show children that it's healthy to learn to express themselves no matter what they are feeling. This book also shows how creative and expressive a child can be during play through the different facets of the main character. This book will give parents who read to their child opportunities to talk about their children's inner world with them, whilst early learning educators can use this book to engage with their class to attain an interactive discussion about feelings and emotions.
