Red boards slight fading and rubbing to edges, damage to top of spine, with a 4" split along the leading edge and rubbing to bottom. Contents clean and firm, remains of pencil insc on fep. 672 pps. Comprises the fourth set of (104pp) copies of The Children's Magazine without covers and with the staples removed. Colour plates, some fold out, and a mix of articles, stories, jokes, and anything else that can educate and interest a late Edwardian child. No Little Papers. 14 pages of news and photos of the League of the Helping Hand (still going today) and lists, in parts, members 8001 to 9000 and 12885 to 13354.
