A Child's First Play Book

A Childs First Playbook is a carefully written book that will inspire kids to greatness in what ever they strive to do in life. A playbook in general, is a file of information that helps an athlete move forward in achieving a goal in competition. Coach Chris and his football team believe that the game of football is the perfect game that emulates life in many ways. The rigors of Football can tests a person's desire, discipline, focus, sacrifice, problem solving, and relationship skills. In the following pages, Coach Chris and his Team have devised a playbook of 39 practices of encouraging notes, pep talks, and illustrations that will inspire any kid to believe in themselves. It's like having you're own personal coach in the palms of your hands. A Childs first playbook is broken into 4 quarters that will encourage kids to find purpose, focus, cope with stress, and ultimately build there self esteem.
