LIMITED EDITION - One of 600 copies to have been printed. Original dust cover with Spink and Son Ltd.( sellers) corners. Name on paste down. Black cloth boards with pictorial gilt stamp and gilt title on spine. 71 pp. and 54 plates with tissue guards. Frontispiece is a colour plate of the Throne of the Emperor Ch'ien Lung (tissue guarded). Some foxing mainly to preliminary pages and text block edges. The plates are nearly all clean and pristine being different paper and all tissue guards present. The dust cover has fading, a stain and frayed edges. Size - 288mm. x 220mm.(4to.). 71pp.+ 54 full page plates with tissue guards. Postage overseas wil be more than estimated on ABE.
