Chris Johnson is a nationally recognized speaker and author. For over 25 years he has earned and maintained the reputation of providing lifestyle modification strategies with integrity and compassion. Chris holds a Masters in Exercise Physiology from Michigan State University and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the American Council on Exercise. Chris's mission is to help improve the health of the United State population, one person at a time. To that end, he has developed one of the most successful club-based personal training programs in the country. Bonnie Klinger descends from a long line of good farm cooks who raised their own vegetables and meat, milked their own cows, made their own butter, used organic fertilizer before it was called that, and wouldn't have know a trans-fatty acid if they stepped in it. She baked her first apple pie when she was 10 years old and hasn't stopped experimenting with recipes and growing her own food since. When she's not cooking or gardening, Bonnie loves to paint (sometimes walls, sometimes pictures), read, bike, swim, do yoga, all that great exercise stuff.
