About the Author

Ian McDowall was obsessed with becoming a top bodybuilder. As a doorman, debt collector and drug dealer, Ian was able to maintain a regular supply of illegal steroids to 'help him' in his sport. Life had become a cesspool of lies, deceit and violence and his marriage had hit rock bottom. However, an encouter with God after a nightclub brawl changed his life forever and now Ian travels the world with the Tough Talk team sharing his faith.
