He attended the School of Biblical Studies, London UK and also has a PhD in Biblical Studies from the Minnesota School of Theology, USA. He is the founder of REM Educational Centre (REMEC), which provides educational services to people in the community. Dr Vince is a counselor and a teacher of the Word of God.
