Hardcover without dust jacket. Tan cloth covers with photo and blue cloth spine. Gold lettering to spine is faded. Some wear to head and tail of spine. Spine tight. Red end papers. Pages clean and unmarked.

Until he was ten years old, Truman Capote lived with a family of distant and elderly cousins in a small town in rural Alabama. A Christmas Memory is a frankly autobiographical story about those years, and especially of his relationship with one of the cousins, Miss Sook Faulk. The photograph on the front cover is of Miss Faulk and Truman.
