The Chronicles of Eric Burncastle: The Mansion of Agnes

When Eric Burncastle inherits the gothic Ravenswood Hall from his mysterious Aunt Agnes, he expects little more than another crumbling estate to manage. What he discovers instead is a deadly labyrinth of traps, puzzles, and family secrets that will test both his courage and his sanity.

Armed with his beloved Fenella Cooper and the eccentric Professor Humbold, Eric must navigate a mansion designed by a mad chemist obsessed with eternal youth and beauty. Each room presents a new horror: poisoned darts in conservatories, exploding toilets, and corridors that seem to shift when no one's looking. But the greatest danger comes from within his own family—distant cousins with murderous intentions and a shocking willingness to kill for the promise of restored youth and beauty.

As Eric delves deeper into Ravenswood's secrets, he uncovers the truth about Ezra Thalvok's legendary rejuvenating formula. But some discoveries come at a terrible price, and Eric must decide whether the fountain of youth and beauty is worth the lives it has already claimed.

A delightfully macabre adventure filled with British wit, gothic atmosphere, and enough deadly surprises to keep readers guessing until the very last page.

The Mansion of Agnes is the thrilling second installment of the Chronicles of Eric Burncastle series.
