Pamela Aye Simon is a registered, licensed dietitian in private practice in Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and earned her Master of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. Since then, Ms. Aye Simon has been active in the area of nutrition research and weight control.From her positions as a research dietitian implementing dietary counseling for clinical trials, to study manager in charge of monitoring the operations of a feeding study, her experienceshave allowed her a unique prospective on the weight loss dilemma.In addition, her private practice and her own personal journey through the world of programs for weight control make this author an excellent resource for others who struggle or work with the weight loss process.Ms. Aye Simon has co-authored numerous research articles, which have been published in scientific journals.
