Chuckles

Chuckles is a book that will have you smiling as you flip through it and are greeted by page after page of images containing messages that will cause you to chuckle. These messages poke fun at the irony often associated with social situations or day to day events that we all experience. This is not a book necessarily to be 'read,' but a book to look at. Although there are a few words to read, the combination of each image and its brief message will make a lasting impression on you. Though the words may be few, the words will have an impact on you because they will cause you to smile! Not only will the messages cause you to smile they will provide a bit of validation that you are not alone in your observations of ironic situations that we all experience from time to time! Jan Trabue is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with more than 30 years experience in the home, school, and community settings. Jan is also a wildlife photographer with particular interests in photographing wild horses across the United States and a wild, white squirrel who frequents her back yard. She also enjoys writing and has several books published including Kaboom!, The Outlook Book, KidLeaders, and ParentLeaders, co-authored with her husband Dwight, a licensed therapist. As a writer, photographer, educator, and a mental health therapist, Jan enjoys blending these areas of interests and expertise and create stories, poems, and books for her audience to enjoy.
