Chumpy Walnut Conquers the World (Paperback)

Paperback. Chumpy Walnut is a character that was created by existential pulp fiction author Will Viharo for his first novel when he was very young and innocent. Decades later, Will wrote a sequel when he was much older and feeling quite guilty. Chumpy would like to know what the hell happened in between, since his own story was adversely affected, so he travels from his own dimension to ours to track down his creator.Steeped in 1980s nostalgia, retro-hipsterism, romanticized desperation, sexual deviance, cinematic obsession, pop culture rumination, philosophical circle jerks, famous cameos, and fever dream logic, this is a twisted semi-true tale like none ever imagined or experienced-part memoir, part fantasy, all very, very weird.
