Church, Inc

Good intentions won't fix a broken system.

It's time for structural surgery.

This book is for when policies require a scalpel, not a band-aid. Our desire is for readers to finish this book and walk away feeling:

- Equipped to handle their organizational board dynamics.

- Optimistic-hopeful that things can turn around or improve.

- Motivated-walking away more knowledgeable.

- Prepared to handle the unique dance of the sacred and the structural side of ministry.

- Competent in their legal duties/obligations/responsibilities.

- Able to explain the unique role that the board plays and that organization leadership plays in governance.
