For centuries, the Pastoral model theories have been essentially the same. Pastors are expected to be leaders. However, in modern times, the two are not necessarily synonymous. Pastors and ministers were expected to translate Bibical and Spiritual prinicples into every day language. However, now Pastors are now expected to understand Bibical principles, Spiritual principles, as well as Business principles. Business principles such as inventory, capital, accounting, forecasting, payroll, non-profit taxes, etc. 21st century leaders understand the Bibical, Spirtitual, and Business aspects of the Church, and at the same time understand the motivation and needs of the members of the congregation. Is there is a need for a 21st century model of leadership for church leaders? How does this model look? How does one manage multi-generational expectations with cutting edge technology while maintaining the integrity and character of the Church? This book is designed to provide us with some possible answers.
