Drawing extensively from Scripture, the author shows that throughout the Bible from Eden, to the Temple gatekeepers, to Nehemiah rebuilding Jerusalem God’s people prayed and posted guards. Watchfulness was never a lack of faith; it was an act of wisdom.

In an age marked by theft, fraud, violence, kidnapping, arson, and even attacks on churches and clergy, this book challenges the Church to move beyond denial and complacency. It addresses traditional, current, and emerging threats facing congregations today, emphasizing that “anointing without security is a folly,” just as faith without action is dead.
