Cinema Sewer: Volume Eight: The Adults Only Guide to History's Sickest and Sexiest Movies!: 8

Published on its 25th anniversary, this is the 8th and final volume of Cinema Sewer! This celebrated underground film zine has satisfied genre film fans for a quarter century... and following the outstanding popularity of the first seven books, volume eight is primed to excite and delight!

A mind-melting compilation of gonzo writing, illustration and comics about the most insane, sexy, awkward, hilarious and exploitational movies in the history of film, Cinema Sewer joyously and shamelessly celebrates the sleazy aspects of bizarre cinematic history. Author and artist Robin Bougie again dives deep to the bottom of the cesspool of horror and sexploitation, doing so in a distinctive manner that has made him infamous amongst a loyal following of cult film fans.

Issues 32, 33, and the final issue – number 34 – of Robin Bougie’s legendary magazine are revisited in this eighth wild FAB Press volume, along with an extra 70 pages of never-before-seen interviews, rants, comics, and graphic illustrations by Bougie and a host of his talented friends from both the comic book and animation industries. Regardless of whether you’re new to the world of classic porn, horror, and exploitation movies, or if you’re a long time fan, you’ll find plenty to get excited about as you slosh around in the filth of the Cinema Sewer!

In 1997, underground comic artist Robin Bougie began Cinema Sewer magazine, an ode to the seamier side of film and the culture that surrounds it. Bougie used his geek knowledge and his artistic skills as comic book artist to give birth to this unseemly but lovable publication. The magazine quickly found an audience among film fans looking for something totally different. Bougie contributes liner notes for DVD releases and has also written two volumes in the Graphic Thrills art book series for FAB Press.
