The Circle Square Pattern: The Master Key to Organizational Change

The world today is like a top spinning out of control. The rules that appeared to work so well in the past, no longer apply. Change, not nominal change, but real, substantive change, is necessary in every field of human endeavor. Yet, this change is not forthcoming. The pundits are exceedingly eloquent and compelling in describing the demise of the old order, but no one comes forward to proffer the solution. What is required is not merely a change in culture, but a change in consciousness. What is in the way? This book seeks to present the answer: the Circle Square Pattern (CSP). The CSP is a social dynamic that locks the consciousness of the organization in place by promoting rigidity and cronyism. The book demonstrates how these are not merely the unintended consequences of the old system, but in fact its hidden agenda. So long as this pattern remains intact, the current consciousness, and all that goes with it, remains fixed in place. The time has come to free ourselves from this yoke! This is a call to action for all those who seek a better future both for ourselves and those who are to follow us.
