Includes New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, St. Louis, San Francisco, Pittsburg, Cincinnati, Vicksburg, Richmond, VA, New Haven, CT, Albany, NY, Nashville, TN, Memphis, Newport, KY, Milwaukee, Mobil, AL, Natchez, MS, Savannah, GA, Louisville, KY, Cleveland, OH, and Omaha, and the story Kit and I, by the anonymous author of Kent Farm, etc. Please note: issues were printed on cheap paper, and are prone to chipping and tearing.
