Brian S. Madden is a solutions architect for Hewlett Packard Consulting & Integration. A Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator, he has helped to pioneer the Internal Application Service Provider (applications as a utility) strategies in use in many large Citrix environments today. He has been a featured speaker at Citrix events throughout the world and continues to design some of the world's largest MetaFrame XP environments. He lives in Washington, D.C.
