About this Item
This uncommon map of Xenia, Ohio was designed by City Manager G.D. Ackerman in 1951. Twenty-two different schools, public buildings, and important local businesses are numbered according to the key on the left side. The opposite key identifies nearly as many churches - almost twenty within the 1 mile circle from the city center. An interesting reflection on local religiosity. Sheet Width (in) 17 Sheet Height (in) 21.9 Condition Description Light creasing and faint wear along old fold lines. Some toning visible in the center right. Good condition overall. Blank on verso.
