Also, Dr. Mansour has two engineering degrees (B.S. & M.S.) from Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt. He has over twenty-five years of experience in structural analysis, design, transportation, and construction and construction management. He taught graduate and undergraduate civil and construction management classes for the last twenty-five years. He has been a faculty member with the Department of Civil Engineering at New Mexico State University and California State University, Fresno.
