Hardback, no dust-wrapper. Recently rebound in modern red cloth with gilt lettering to spine. 444pp +28pp. This is the 1844 volume VII. Printed by Thomas Burrows. Illustrated with many b/w figures and 16 plates, mostly folding. Externally very clean in recent rebind, slight wear to spine label. Pages are discoloured with age and splitting to edges, and slightly brittle. Occasional losses, marking or staining to text. Plates generally clean, occasional tears and fraying. A decent copy with excellent detailed figures and plates. This is a heavy book, additional postage charges may apply outside of the UK. (AL24). Seller Inventory # AL24GTRD2482
