Very large, sturdy book, brown covers, an illustration of soldier firing a revolver with a rifle-stock at bottom front, owner's emboss on first front end paper and title page, 444 pages, text in double-column format, profusely illustrated with photos and drawings. DJ glossy in shades of yellow on front with five Civil War rifles, the soldier illustration at bottom of white back with blue background. DJ has small chips at spine top, a larger near-chip at bottom front left edge, smaller near-chip at spine bottom left. Fair DJ/Fine book.
