Used; good condition. Slight foxing on the top page edges of both volumes, and very minor shelf wear. Volume Two does not close flat. Very minor marks and scratches on the bottom page edges of Volume Two, and on the title page of Volume One. Both have writing in pen on their front end paper, which appears to be the name of the previous owner and when they received the books.
