Good condition. This 2003 first-edition Classical Writing: Poetry for Beginners core book (paperback) shows light wear with a surface smudging/moisture mark on the lower front cover and a slight curl or warp to the cover. The binding is intact but pages show slight splaying. Interior pages are white and unmarked except for handwritten pencil stress-marking annotations on pages 212-213 from poem exercises; no other highlighting or underlining found.

For 15 years I've been an Oregon CPA, and for 10 of those I taught tax and accounting at the college level.
