First edition thus, Oblong octavo (6 1/2 x 4 5/8 inches). [3] pp. of text printed in orange + 12 full page Prang chromolithographs after Rudolf Cronau. Descriptive text on the opposing versos. Publisher's flexible brown cloth with black lettering. An excellent copy.These Prang lithos of clouds were used in a variety of government publications but all are hard to come by.
