This guide was written by Edward Richard Henry who pioneered fingerprinting methods in criminal proceedings during his time as Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis. In a cloth binding. Externally smart with some light rubbing. Some small marks to boards. Inscriptions on front free-endpaper. Slight cocking to spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages, generally clean and bright with some scattered spots. Very Good Indeed.
