He represents clients in broad array of environmental and litigation matters, including claims of public and private nuisance, claims of “greenwashing,” contribution actions, enforcement proceedings, citizen suits, toxic torts, and regulatory matters under a variety of federal and state statutes, regulations, and common law theories. His practice includes litigation and regulatory matters under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (Superfund), Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and analogous state laws.
