Fourth edition hardback, 1953, with no jacket. Ex-college library with bookplate to ffep and tiny stamp to pastedowns. In overall fair to good condition, blue cloth boards worn to edges. Binding generally tight but slighly cocked and hinge cracked at p607 with mesh showing. No annotations or inscriptions, page-ends a touch tanned but text and illustrations clean and clear throughout. Very good reading copy.
