Philadelphia 76ers Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Ben Kenyon is on a mission to develop leaders and impact lives around the world. He wrote Climb to offer a step by step guide on how to develop a plan to accomplish your goals in life. The 14 steps, one for each chapter, are designed to help you create a customized plan for accountability when pursuing your goals. For example, in Chapter 2 "Develop Your Core Values," Kenyon asks how can you apply your core values to your daily routine? Climb is comprised of three pillars: Foundation, Growth and Achievement. In each section, Kenyon writes about his own personal stories from the past 20 years working in the NBA and at the collegiate level. He also shares stories from coaches, athletes and other high-performers he's worked with along the way. There are takeaways from every lesson for you to apply in your life right now.
