《中医临床必读丛书（典藏版）：丹溪心法》据程充1481年校订本（明成化十七年刊本）整理。全书共5卷，分列内、外、妇、儿诸科疾病。每卷首冠丹溪原论，次为戴元礼辨证，次列方剂、附录。书后附有宋濂《故丹溪先生朱公石表辞》、戴良《丹溪翁传》。全书比较集中和全面地反映了朱氏“阳常有余，阴常不足”的学说以及气、血、痰、郁诸病治疗见解和丰富经验，是一部研究内科杂症和朱氏学说的重要着作，对现代中医临床有重要指导作用。本次整理新增方剂索引，便于读者查阅。《中医临床必读丛书（典藏版）：丹溪心法》：《丹溪心法》共5卷，体例清晰，首载医论6篇，而后5卷分列以内科杂病为主的各科病证100篇。每一病证，先引朱氏的原论，次记其学生戴元礼有关辨证的论述，再介绍治疗该病证的方药。其中各病证的附录部分对病名的解释和因、证、治等方面，均有扼要的分析。全书反映了丹溪在杂病治疗上的丰富经验，备受后世医家推崇。本书卷末附录宋濂“故丹溪先生朱公石表辞”、戴良“丹溪翁传”，全面介绍了丹溪先生的生平事迹、主要医事活动，为深入研究朱丹溪生平、学术思想及开展学术流派的研究，提供了较为翔实的文献资料。二、主要学术特点及对临床的指导意义1.注重气、血、痰、郁四伤学说丹溪的主要学术思想是创立“阳常有余，阴常不足”及“湿热相火”为病的理论（有关这方面的内容详见《格致余论》），其对杂病的治疗亦颇有心得，故有“杂病宗丹溪”、“杂病规朱彦修”之说。丹溪对杂病的治疗主要是从“气、血、痰、郁”四个方面着手，《丹溪心法》中就比较好地体现了丹溪的这一学术观点。（1）郁：《丹溪心法�六郁》说：“气血冲和，万病不生，一有怫郁，诸病生焉，故人身诸病多生于郁。”强调了在气、血、痰、郁的致病问题上，“郁”是起着主要的作用，其弟子戴元礼亦强调指出：“郁者，结聚而不得发越也，当升者不得升，当降者不得降，当变化者不得变化也。此为传化失常，六郁之病见矣。”所以在临证治疗上，十分重视解郁之法，对此王纶在《明医杂著》中作了很好的阐发：“故余每用此方（越鞠丸）治病，时以郁法参之，气病兼郁，则用四君子汤加开郁药，血病、痰病皆然。”丹溪所创制的越鞠丸以治六郁，在当今临床上仍广为应用。（2）痰：丹溪论治杂病，将许多病因责之于痰，尝云：“痰之为物，随气升降，无处不到。”“百病中多有兼痰者，世所不知也。”足见其对“痰”在发病学上的高度重视。对于痰证的治疗，每以二陈汤为基本方，并强调随证加减，“二陈汤一身之痰都治管，如要下行，加引下药，在上加引上药。”在药物的选用上，丹溪根据自己的临床经验，总结出“黄芩治热痰，……竹沥滑痰，……五倍子能治老痰，佐他药大治顽痰”，“火动其痰，用二陈汤加山栀子、黄连、黄芩之类。……痰在胁下，非白芥子不能达；痰在皮里膜外，非姜汁、竹沥不可导达；痰在四肢，非竹沥不开；痰结在咽喉中，燥不能出入，用化痰药加咸药软坚之味。”“海粉即海石，热痰能降，湿痰能燥，结痰能软，顽痰能消……”等用药经验，常为后世所取法。……十二经见证足太阳膀胱经见证足阳明胃经见证足少阳胆经见证手太阳小肠经见证手阳明大肠经见证足太阴脾经见证足少阴肾经见证足厥阴肝经见证手太阴肺经见证手少阴心经见证手厥阴别脉经见证心主手足阴阳经合生见证不治
