Richard is a Life Coach who applies holistic life coaching to his work with those wonderful people who feel different to the rest of the world, for whatever reason.

He also works with businesses of all sizes, large and small to help them get the most out of what they have, and explore new opportunities.  But, unlike others Richard sees the business world as people centred.  Without the important cogs the machine just won't function.  People need nourishing and encouraging to get the best of their untapped ability.

He benefited from attending one of the toughest Schools of Life from the age of three and remained there until he was eighteen, then took a little time out to live in Canada and then returned to join the rat run.  He worked within the corporate field of car insurance spanning customer service, sales and training and then moved into the rollercoaster world of recruitment dealing with candidate generation, candidate development, client liaison and in-house training specialising in the disciplines of Architecture and Social Housing.  True Colours Coaching was born after Richard experienced one of life's most positive and life changing experiences, redundancy.  He made the decision that no-one was ever going to make his position redundant again and discovered that he was actually invincible.

Richard is also a licensed NLP Practitioner having learned all he knows from Matt Caulfield of Matt Caulfield Training and Consultancy who indeed learned everything from NLP co-creator, Richard Bandler.
